The Jianxin HZS75 concrete batching plant features a theoretical productivity of 75 m³/h and is primarily composed of:

• JS1500A twin-shaft forced mixer (nominal capacity: 1500L)

• PLD2400 batching machine (4-bin, 2400L capacity)

• Cement silos (3×100t)

• Screw conveyors & belt conveyors

• Central control room with full automation

• Jianxin JS-series twin-horizontal-shaft forced mixer produces plastic, dry-hard, and commercial concrete with short mixing cycles and high output.
